I am acknowledged as one of Canada's most recognized real estate personalities as I have trained, taught or spoken to thousands of Realtors. mortgage brokers, investors and others across Canada for decades. As well I am the author of 3 real estate text books, 20+ seminars, founder of the Accredited Senior Agent Designation program, Canada wide. And I am constantly either hosting Zoom or webinars seminars each week nation wide or am a guest on many forums. I started in real estate in 1968, and am proud that at my stage of career that I am still counted within the elite of Canadian Realtors as being in the top 5% by sales volume. I am a community leader, involved in various charities, an advisor to various charities and proud of my contributions. For almost 20 years I have sat on the boards of three not for profit affordable housing buildings in North York, Toronto. The suites are predominately for elderly residents. And I am proud to be the official Realtor of the life-lease project at 2 Neptune Drive, Toronto on behalf of renowned Baycrest Hospital. . Last point, I am Realtor who works on the personal aspect. No person or family is considered just a transaction to me. I work with only a limited few clients at any one time, complete my work before accepting a new client. My success ratios are very high in low days-on-market and for obtaining over the top pricing for my selling clients. I specialize but am not restricted to senior moves, moving mom or dad into a care facility or estates. I wrote the books for Canadian Realtors on this subject.
