Brian Guerriero

About Me

Brian was first introduced to Muskoka as a cottager in 1986 before moving permanently to the area after university in 1998.

After working for the Town of Gravenhurst in both the parks and planning departments, Brian decided to make the leap into real estate with Re/max Lake Country in 2005. The valuable knowledge he had acquired about the Muskoka area while working for the Municipality helped serve his clients during the buying and selling process.

Brian spent 5 years with the Re/max family until 2010 when he decided to go out on his own. Brian realized his lifelong dream of owning his own real estate brokerage by opening Enjoy Muskoka Realty. Brian was co-owner and Broker of Record for 11 years and took great care building a highly successful, community-minded brokerage. With that accomplishment under his belt, Brian has made the decision to return to the Re/max family to focus deeply on his clients once again. Joining the Gravenhurst Office of Re/max Professionals North was a true homecoming.

Brian currently lives in Bracebridge with his wife and four children. He spends his free time between his cottage in Bayfield Inlet on Georgian Bay, and volunteering on the pool deck as a swim coach and Treasurer for the Muskoka Aquatic Club.
