Carol has called Niagara-on-the-Lake home for nearly 30 years, accumulating a vast array of knowledge and insight into its unique communities and local Real Estate market. This has enabled her to offer a personalized and attentive approach to her clients’ buying and selling needs. Prior to Real Estate, she built a successful career in insurance litigation and management consulting to top Canadian organizations. As a licensed Real Estate professional, Carol has represented a vast array of buyers and sellers at all levels, from starter homes, condominiums, investment properties to luxury homes. She is highly trained and accomplished in negotiation and is a strong believer in building trust with clients and colleagues alike. But most of all, she is genuinely dedicated to being present and helpful from the beginning of the process, right through to the highly anticipated closing date. Originally from a hardworking francophone farming community in rural Manitoba, Carol moved to Toronto after completing her business studies, eventually settling in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the great outdoors, and supporting local initiatives. Carol is actively involved in the Niagara Historical Society & Museum's Governance Committee and serves as Vice-President of the Village Community Association.
