Team Berkhout Bosse is a family team - my husband John Bosse and I have been 'Spouses selling Houses' in the Fonthill, Fenwick, Welland and surrounding area since 1987. Bill Berkhout ( my Uncle) - was first licensed as a Realtor in 1975 and has been a licensed broker since 1980. I serve as the marketing lead for our Team, specializing in implementing multi-platform marketing strategies that maximize the exposure of our real estate listings.
