About Me
After spending many years in the hi-tech industry, Dave became a realtor several years ago. A long-time resident of the Perth area, he brings a strong knowledge of the area, negotiation expertise (a Master Certified Negotiation Expert), and a penchant for client service. Drawing from his past business experience allows Dave to bring that life experience to his work. He continues to gain knowledge of the business having earned his Broker license 2 years ago. Originally from Montreal, he has also been able to assist French speaking clients. His sales experience includes urban and rural properties, rentals, farms, lakeside cottages and commercial/business sales. When not working, Dave enjoys volunteering at the local theatre as a Tech Manager. He also is an aspiring actor and has done several background roles in film. Dave is happy to serve clients in the Perth, Smiths Falls and Carleton Place areas, as well as Ottawa, Rideau Lakes regions and all of Eastern Ontario.
