I was raised in Mississauga and am a graduate of McMaster University with an Honours BA. I have worked in education and training (in the classroom and online) since 1991. You may have met me when I was teaching night school or corporate computer software training at Loyalist College. In 1995 I received the Peoples Choice award for Favourite College Instructor. I have lived and worked in the Quinte area for over 30 years. When I met Debra in Toronto in 1988, she was a successful realtor, and in 2019 I joined her in my new career. Together we are Team Tosh! I enjoy the arts, gardening and living so close to the Bay of Quinte. I bring my strong technological and software skills/experience that are so essential for the fast-paced real estate industry today. As your real estate agent, my goal is to provide you with an elite negotiation advantage, reliable local market information, and around the clock responsiveness. As a Realtor, my first priority is to make our clients happy.
