My Residential experience includes several specialties - Military, Police and Government Relocation (a registered member of Brookfield Global Relocation Services), New Home Pre-Construction Sales and Leasing to name a few. Three of those 12 years I was named as one of the Top 100 Realtors in the Canadian Real Estate Industry as a whole by REM Magazine. My business focus is clear, "Honesty, Loyalty and Your Best Interests! It's that Simple!" I am known by my friends, clients and peers as the "Smoking Realtor" for my many BBQ recipes shared on Facebook. In 2021 my business took a progressive step where I became one of the Co-Founders and Co-Owners of the Kempenfelt Group, now settled under the Re/Max Hallmark Chay Realty Umbrella.
