I bring a dynamic spectrum of experience to my business. I have a background in residential construction while employed as an Assistant Site Foreman for a large volume low-rise home builder in Brampton. I managed my own business in the service industry for almost 30 years and a property portfolio with industrial and residential properties too. More Recently I have managed two sales offices for a large volume low-rise home builder in the Toronto and Aurora areas as well as served on new home sales teams in the Kleinberg, Brampton, Bradford, Richmond Hill, Whitby and other areas. I have sold/leased properties from Downtown Toronto to Haliburton and I work with commercial clients. I specialize with serving seniors and took a negotiating course with Stitt Feld and Handy Group. I have served as Director on two Boards one a national Board in the Service sector and another Board for a private Ski Club and I also co-chaired and was the Treasurer for a high school in Forest Hill. I am a family oriented individual. I have a passion for Alpine Skiing and race competitively in FIS Masters and joined the Canadian Masters Alpine Team CMAT 2020-2021 and The International Masters Academy IMA. I recently place 21st overall in the world standings in my age category FIS A6. I am currently the Ontario Representative for Alpine Canada Masters. "I'm David Star but my Clients are the Real Stars!"
