Real estate isn’t just what I do — it’s where decades of leadership, construction knowledge, negotiation, and competitive drive come together in service of my clients. My career began in residential construction as an Assistant Site Foreman for a large-volume low-rise builder in Brampton. That experience gave me something many agents don’t have — a deep understanding of how homes are built from the ground up. I’ve since managed two high-performing sales offices in Toronto and Aurora and worked on new home sales teams across Kleinberg, Brampton, Bradford, Richmond Hill, Whitby, and beyond. Before real estate, I built and operated my own service business for nearly 30 years while managing an industrial and residential property portfolio. That entrepreneurial background shaped how I think: strategically, financially, and always with long-term value in mind. Today, I help clients buy, sell, lease, and invest across the GTA and beyond — from downtown Toronto to cottage country in Haliburton — including residential and commercial properties. I also specialize in serving seniors and families navigating major life transitions, bringing patience, clarity, and strong negotiation skills backed by advanced training with Stitt Feld Handy. Leadership has always been part of my path. I’ve served on a national board in the service sector, on the board of a private ski club, and as Treasurer and Co-Chair for a Forest Hill high school community. I currently serve as the Ontario Representative for Alpine Canada Masters. I race competitively in FIS Masters and earned a spot on the Canadian Masters Alpine Team CMAT 2020-2021/2023-2024 and 2024-2025 and a member of the International Masters Academy-IMA.
