Full time Realtor since 1993 I began my career in sales in 1980 at the parts counter for a distributor of heavy equipment parts and within a few years became general manager of their manufacturing facility. Between 1986 & 1992, I owned a business specializing in the distribution of heavy equipment filtration parts. After having closed my business, I enrolled with the Ontario Real Estate Association. Upon receiving my real estate license, I began selling re-sale properties primarily in Etobicoke and Mississauga, as well as assembling land for a family-owned infill development company. After the passing of the Places to Grow Act in 2009, I took an interest in pre-construction development. In 2010 I started VIP Condos Toronto specializing in marketing pre-construction developments in the Toronto & surrounding GTA area. Since 2015, I have ranked in the top 50 real estate teams in Canada within the RE/MAX organization. The past 40 years of sales experience has taught me the importance of ensuring my clients expectations are always met.
