Gianluca is a highly skilled individual with a meticulous eye for detail; after serving in the aerospace industry for over a decade working with major companies that build state of the art systems for the Canadian and American military. Here he was tasked with ensuring the highest quality service, communication, organization and adherence to code and lawful practice. This was an industry that required perfection at all levels of organization in which Gianluca flourished.
Gianluca is a lifelong resident to the Bolton/Brampton Peel Region where he was fully immersed in the communities playing organized sports like soccer and hockey at the highest levels available, hiking its various trails and driving its roads. He was shaped by this community and the environment surrounding it and understands the value of housing in this region.
