About Me
Ian Woods, Broker with RE/MAX Crosstown Realty Inc., is the founder of Mister Waterfront TEAM. He’s been selling real estate for over 20 years, specializing mainly in selling waterfront properties within an hour or so of Barrie, Ontario (in Simcoe County).
Ian is a local area expert living in Shanty Bay, Oro-Medonte on the north shore of Lake Simcoe.
For many years, he and his family enjoyed a year-round cottage on Kempenfelt Bay where his favourite adventures included: power boating, swimming, water-skiing and fishing in the summer, as well as ice fishing, cross-country skiing and playing hockey on Lake Simcoe in the winter.
Over the years, Ian became known as "Mister Waterfront" due to his passion for waterfront properties and lakeside living.
He loves helping others achieve their dream of living full-time or part-time (as a cottager) on the waterfront.
