Jake Goegan's interest in real estate started at an early age. He participated in his parents' real estate projects - flipping small multi-residential buildings in Sudbury for over 15 years, having hands-on experience in repair and interior design. After moving to Toronto, he worked in Property Management and has been a photographer since 2011. Incorporating photography skills into real estate, helping his clients take pictures of their properties with the knowledge of displaying and emphasizing the highlights of the homes at their finest. Jake is devoted to providing a real estate journey to clients with honesty, respect and a goal to take the pressure away from one of the most significant financial purchases of clients' lives. His empathy and open-mindedness allow him to understand that the process can be quite a stressful ordeal for most people. Hence, he delivers a professional yet enjoyable process so clients can walk into their new homes feeling fresh and ready to start a new chapter in their lives. In addition to completing the real estate process, he builds and maintains trusting relationships. His extroverted and fun personality makes him enjoy hearing peoples' stories of what brought them to Toronto and discovering their lives and achievements that have afforded them the privilege to update their homes and take the following steps in life.
