My name is James Kowalewski and I am part of the largest real estate brokerage in southern Ontario - ReMax Escarpment. While I trade in all things real estate I have a particular interest/talent for Investment, Commercial and the Luxury Residential markets. I personally have over 15 years of business ownership and property investing experience that includes new builds, significant renovations, JV's, as well as short (AirBnB) and long term rentals. Additionally, I have assisted other investors through the negotiation of complicated commercial deals from land development to commercial, multi, mixed use and office use properties. I utilize a 'concierge' style approach to property searching as I 'front load and hand pick targeted and viable options for my clients. I approach real estate from the perspective of a property investor and as a business owner myself and for this reason I do things differently as a Realtor. This approach allows me to not only look for properties on the open market, but also enables me to intercept opportunities in the pre-market as well as generate opportunities in the off-market, thus giving my clients viable properties and genuine opportunities that the general public would not be able to access.
