Lifelong resident of Kitchener-Waterloo with a passion for this region, completing my degree at the University of Waterloo studying planning, city development and specifically housing trends.

My experience ranges from residential of all types, existing homes, new homes, condos, new developments, new builds, as well as industrial, commercial investment.

I also love selling rural properties from farms with an eye to land for future acquisitions.
