Josh Cimon

About Me

Josh started his Real Estate career in 2009 with one of the largest real estate teams in the country in a variety of roles including the marketing of homes, lead generation for home sellers, and successfully building one of the top lead management teams in North America.

Having been involved in hundreds of transactions, and speaking to thousands of home buyers and sellers over the years, Josh understands the importance of educating home buyers and sellers early on in their journey, and how to lay out the road map to success.

"Many people sit on the fence, or are scared to take action as they don't know the steps, they just generally feel lost and overwhelmed by the thought of moving. By putting together a plan, and educating clients on both the market as well as the process... it helps alleviate stress, and most importantly helps people move towards goals that may have previously felt insurmountable. Josh was born and raised in Ottawa, and is well versed in what the city has to offer, having lived in a variety of locations throughout the city (central and suburban). Before beginning his career in Real Estate, Josh attended Carleton University, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce. Josh is an avid skier having ski raced through his youth, and as an adult coached alpine ski racing at local hills. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time mountain biking, golfing, playing outdoor sports, as well as contending for top "Funcle" position with his young nieces and nephews.
