Upon graduation from the University of Alberta, with a degree in Sociology and Psychology, Julie made the move to Ontario and has called Barrie and surrounding area home for the last 26 years. Having personally built, remodelled and renovated several houses, Julie has firsthand experience at property enhancement through renovations and new builds. She has the ability to see potential and opportunity in real estate that others may overlook. Julie's love of architecture and design coupled with her 20 plus years of business ownership has helped refine her attention to detail which ensures that clients receive the highest level of client care.
