My forty plus years experience with financial institutions includes lending, financing, collections and dealing with power of sale and foreclosures across Canada. This also includes dealing with resale of environmental issues such as properties previously used as a Grow House, various issues relating to Title insurance, high ratio mortgages with CMHC and Genworth Financial.
