I’m a Broker with RE/MAX Realtron Realty Inc., serving Markham and the Greater Toronto Area. I’ve been licensed since 2015 and have spent my entire real estate career with RE/MAX. Over the years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers across the GTA, with a strong focus on Markham. My work has included everything from condos and family homes to higher-end properties, and I’ve represented sellers across a number of Markham communities. I believe good real estate advice starts with understanding the numbers, the property and the people involved. For sellers, that means looking closely at pricing, presentation, marketing and negotiation instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all approach. For buyers, it means being clear about value, competition and where there may be room to negotiate. I’m a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) with GUILD Elite recognition. I’ve also been recognized with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, Chairman’s Club awards, and RE/MAX Top 100 recognition. I was born in Hong Kong and speak both English and Cantonese. That has also become an important part of my business, especially when helping families who are more comfortable discussing real estate decisions in Cantonese. At the end of the day, my job is to give clients clear advice, communicate well, and help them make the best decision for their situation.
