Born and raised in Niagara, Kim MacDougald grew up in Grimsby and now calls Beamsville home with her family. Before real estate, she spent 16 years in pharmaceutical and epidemiology research at Hamilton Health Sciences and McMaster University. Her data-driven approach, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail now serve her clients in navigating the ever-changing market. As a Certified Residential Systems Expert (CRSE), Kim goes beyond the basics, helping buyers and sellers understand key home systems like HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and electrical. Whether listing a property or negotiating a deal, she ensures clients make informed decisions. Kim is deeply involved in the Niagara community. A longtime volunteer with St. John Ambulance, she has dedicated over 1,000 hours to car seat safety education, earning the City of St. Catharines Volunteer Recognition Award in 2019.
