Central Frederick is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this part of Kitchener. The noise levels in Central Frederick are quite low, as the streets are usually reasonably peaceful, although that is not the case around Highway 7, Highway 85 or the railway line. However, there are around 30 public green spaces close by for residents to enjoy, such as Kaufman Park and Kitchener Memorial Auditorium Complex, and they are especially well-located, making it very easy to get to them. Lastly, even though this part of the city is not known for its vibrancy, the vibe is still quite dynamic around its main streets, and with its a few bars, there are options for nighttime activities.
