    Full-time Realtor Registered in 2000 - Broker since 2006 Focus on Residential Real Estate in Orillia and Area (Simcoe County, Muskoka, Kawartha). Vast experience in new construction and Tarion Warranty. Listing Representative for a local developer since 2004 selling over 300 new homes. Prior to real estate I was employed as a law clerk /assistant with experience in litigation, construction Liens & real estate. Additionally, I worked as a mortgage specialist for one of the major Canadian banks. My previous experience provides a unique perspective to the real estate experience.
