Hello Everyone: I have been pleased to service Kitchener/Waterloo and surrounding area since September of 1989. Where has the time gone. I have seen a lot of changes in the Real Estate industry from sitting in my office waiting on phone call confirmation of showings, picking up keys to show properties and returning keys after showings to the perspective listing Offices. Phone calling clients to updated daily with any new listing which might meet their criteria. Now everything is done digitally and there are so many areas for them look on the computer and be involved in the searching. As far as selling one of my clients properties before the home hits the MLS we have it staged, measured, uploaded professional photos and uploaded to other areas like Facebook and Instagram. I could go on and on with changes which might bore you, but the one thing that has not changed is my commitment to my Buyers and Sellers with my caring personality, honesty, integrity and hard working nature.
