Welcome, my name is Luigina Francella, and I’m a real estate professional specializing in residential real estate across Ontario, as well as investment properties in Mexico. With over 13 years of experience, my focus is on guiding clients through the real estate process with clarity, care, and confidence, making each transaction feel organized, informed, and far less stressful than expected. My professional background began with formal training as a Legal Assistant, followed by more than 15 years in the financial services industry, where I worked in an investment brokerage and advanced into team lead and management roles. This experience shaped my approach to real estate today, with a strong emphasis on strategy, risk awareness, clear communication, and client trust. Real estate had always been a personal passion of mine, particularly the creative and design side, and stepping away from the traditional 9–5 to pursue my real estate license remains one of the best decisions I’ve made. I work closely with buyers, sellers, and investors, taking the time to understand their goals, explain options clearly, and manage the details so they feel supported from start to finish. As a lifelong Vaughan resident, I bring deep local knowledge of neighbourhoods, market trends, and long-term property value to every client relationship. In addition to my Ontario-based work, I’ve been personally investing in properties in Mexico since 2020. That firsthand experience allows me to help Canadians explore international investment opportunities with transparency, practical insight, and confidence.
