Born in Durban, South Africa where I spent my first 40 yrs. Immigrated to Toronto in 1987 because my wife, Gita, wanted to become a Chiropractor. Made real estate investments with family funds from Grade 10 in high school. When an investment of R40,000 grow into $100,000 in 18 months decided to get into real estate full time. Began as a real estate broker/owner in 1969 in Durban, South Africa. Continued in real estate in Toronto since 1987.
