lifelong resident of Welland, Mariann’s extensive local expertise and her background in property

management and rental investments significantly enhance her ability to assist clients in their

Mariann's passion for real estate was sparked early on, and after decades of owning and

managing various properties, including an eight-unit apartment building and multiple student

rentals, she decided to pursue her long-held ambition of becoming a real estate agent.

What excites Mariann the most about being an agent is the opportunity to guide first-time buyers

through their initial real estate experiences. Her enthusiasm for showcasing homes and her love

for helping people are evident in every interaction. Mariann thrives on building relationships and

ensuring that her clients feel supported throughout the buying and selling process.

As an agent, Mariann is known for being a dedicated listener and a skillful professional in all

aspects of her career—particularly in preparing homes for sale. Her extensive local knowledge,

coupled with her practical experience, allows her to provide invaluable insights and support to

Outside of her professional life, Mariann is an avid gardener. She finds great joy in spending

time at her cottage and vacationing in Sarasota, Florida. Mariann’s passion for running led her

to complete multiple marathons and participate in Irongirl Triathlon events. Family is central to

Mariann’s life; married to her husband Terry for over 40 years, two beautiful daughters, and

welcoming their first grandchild . Commitment to her family and personal interests further enrich

her approach to real estate, making her a well-rounded, relatable and empathetic guide for her
