About Me

I’m often asked how long I’ve been in real estate, and my answer is always: all my life!

My very first “appointment” was as a newborn in a carrier, and by the age of three I was the only kid with a toy fax machine. By eight, I had my own “business cards.” Real estate runs deep in my family—my grandfather, Nick Ostryhon, started it all, my mom, Kate Ostryhon-Lumsden, carried it forward, and now I’m proud to be the third generation continuing the tradition.

Licensed since 2012, I’ve built a career on both passion and purpose. Along the way, I’ve been honoured with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and the OREA YPN Leadership Award in 2023. But beyond the accolades, what matters most to me is helping people gain clarity and confidence in their next steps—whether that’s buying your first home, upsizing, downsizing, finding your forever place, or sometimes staying exactly where you are.

I grew up in Wainfleet and moved away as a young adult, I returned to Niagara with a renewed love for our small-town way of life. Community is close to my heart, and I’ve served as a director on the Board of Port Cares, Community Living Port Colborne-Wainfleet, and the Main Street BIA.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me teaching yoga, practicing breathwork, braving a cold plunge, or traveling. My happiest place? On top of a mountain or at home with my family, Mike and Sloane. Sloane, is my spirited little girl who already insists she’s a “future realtor.”

For us, real estate isn’t just about houses—it’s about people, connection, and guiding you home to the place where you truly belong. My mom, my business partner, and I are proud to carry on our family tradition, with real estate being not just our careers but part of who we are. And we look forward to guiding you home.
