This knowledge, coupled with 14 years of experience in business, has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing listings. Clients appreciate my flexibility, low pressure sales, patience and the ability to truly listen and hear what they want and need, negotiation and analytic skills, and have the ability to accurately price and market a home. When I am not working I enjoy cooking, travelling, gardening and spending as much time with family and friends as I can.
