Patricia Grieco brings over a decade of real estate experience and a lifelong passion for design, architecture, and family living. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and MBA, Patricia began her career in finance in Corporate Commercial Real Estate before following her calling to residential real estate — where she merges analytical precision with a creative eye for lifestyle and home design. Based in Toronto’s west end since 2003, Patricia specializes in helping families transition into their next chapter across neighbourhoods like High Park, Roncesvalles, Etobicoke, and The Kingsway. She also operates in Los Cabos, Mexico, assisting clients seeking vacation homes or cross-border investments through her Concierge Method, a white-glove approach that extends beyond the sale. Originally from Argentina, Patricia now divides her time between Toronto and Los Cabos, enjoying the best of both worlds. Together with her husband Roberto, she leads an active lifestyle filled with yoga, design projects, beach walks, and family gatherings. Their beloved bulldog Vito is a constant companion, and her four grandchildren remain her biggest motivation and joy. Patricia is equally dedicated to her community. She volunteers through CPA Canada’s Financial Literacy programs, teaching students and seniors essential money management skills, and as a Tax Preparer for seniors’ assistance programs.
