About Me

Patrick Hulley is the Broker of Record and founding partner of what has evolved into RE/MAX RISE Executives, Brokerage. With decades of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, Patrick brings a deep specialization in land development, investment acquisitions, and the oversight of new home and condominium projects from concept to close.

Patrick also plays a leadership role as a partner in Your Realty Group, one of the region’s top-performing agent teams at RE/MAX RISE. This affiliation offers agents and clients access to dedicated administrative and marketing support, as well as proven systems for both residential and project-based sales.

While Patrick’s core focus is commercial real estate—including land assembly, investment properties, and retail/office leasing—he also provides end-to-end project guidance. In partnership with Billy Peach, REALTOR®, Patrick leads a team that offers turnkey sales and marketing services for new home and condominium developments.

His experience spans the successful sale of over 1,000 new homes and condos, large-scale transactions involving up to 450 condo units, the acquisition and disposition of hundreds of acres of development land, and thousands of square feet of leased commercial space.
