As a licenced electrician, Tarion new home warranty provider and experienced real estate investor, I offer clients expertise in a wide range of areas, including land development, new home construction, custom builds, income properties and re-sale homes. "Growing up as a builder’s son, it was only a matter of time before I realized my love for real estate. From an early age my father, a successful local builder, acted as my mentor and helped me to build an in-depth knowledge of new home construction and real estate investment. Becoming a Realtor® was the perfect way to use my knowledge and expertise to help others meet their investment goals." I was born and raised in Brantford, and relocated to Paris with my wife Brianne, where they later welcomed their twins Luca & Gabriella. When I am not busy spending time with family, I enjoy training for and racing in Triathlons, as well as jumping out of perfectly good airplanes - in excess of 1300 times, as part of my role as a Tandem coach and instructor.
