About Me

I received my B Sc. degree in agricultural engineering in 1993 and subsequently migrated to Canada as a skills worker (Engineer). I love all that Canada offers and have the perspective of someone who has navigated the hurdles of moving to a new Continent/country. I put my analytical strengths to work helping my clients invest and grow their money. I love dealing with facts, logic and numbers – so that part’s easy! I also love serving people and positively impacting their lives. It give me great pleasure to see the happiness on a person’s face as a result of a job well done!

Over the past 17 years I have built my career based on “TRUST & HONESTY”, one client at a time.

When dealing with Buyers and Sellers, I proceed as if I the home were my own. I have earned their trust by delivering unbiased, honest and accurate information to help them make the right choice.

I do my homework and as a result my Buyers have saved thousands of dollars, instead of making critical mistakes in choosing their potential new home. The information I provide helps my clients choose what's best for them and gives them leverage at the negotiation table.

Knowing the market, means timing it right when it comes to getting a property on the market. Advising my Sellers on the best time and price, earns them more money and we don’t waste time or miss the market by putting the property on when it’s not the right time to SELL.

I strongly believe that providing accurate, honest and non-deceiving information is the right way to serve people. I treat everyone as I expect to be treated; it’s my philosophy and its how I’ve earned my clients TRUST and repeat business. My integrity is my highest and most valuable asset in this business.
