His strong work ethic was shaped early on by his parents, who immigrated to Canada in 1971 and instilled in him the values of hard work, discipline, and perseverance.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Randy worked in the Sales and Marketing departments of several prominent telecommunications companies, where he honed his skills in client service, negotiation, and strategic planning. Although transitioning into real estate came with challenges, Randy’s determination to succeed never wavered. He committed himself to mastering the local market, staying informed on industry trends, and building meaningful connections within the community and with fellow professionals.
