I’ve been selling real estate for 40 years, helping buyers and sellers in Brantford, Paris and throughout the surrounding Ontario communities. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that no two moves — and no two people — are ever quite the same. I still enjoy sitting down with people, hearing their story and figuring out how I can help. Sometimes that means selling a home they’ve loved for decades. Sometimes it’s helping someone find their first home, downsize, relocate or simply decide whether moving makes sense at all. I’m also pretty straightforward. I’m not going to tell you something just because it’s what you want to hear. If I see a concern with a house you’re thinking about buying, I’ll point it out. If I think we need a different strategy to sell your home, I’ll tell you that too. My job is to give you the benefit of 40 years of experience, explain your options and give you my professional advice. Your job is to make the final decision — because it’s your home, your money and your life. After all these years, I still genuinely enjoy real estate and the people I meet along the way.
