Sam Moussa is a passionate real estate professional and successful business owner driven by his desire to satisfy clients. He has been involved in real estate since the age of 21 when he purchased his first commercial property. Years later as an award winning and successful certified realtor, Sam is committed to the highest standard of professional conduct. His integrity and reliability are cornerstones that support his impeccable reputation in the industry with clients and fellow industry professionals.

Sam began his career in the food services business, owning and operating two (2) award winning restaurants in Ottawa’s west end. Through his drive and ambition Sam successfully grew those businesses year over year navigating through many challenges. Sam has taken that same energy and drive and focussed it on his true passion – real estate – to the benefit of his clients.

Sam prides himself on making his clients’ investments his top priority and providing the best counsel. He is not about the next sale or buy. He is about making the right choices and looks for long term results rather than short term success.

His hands on approach and his passion for real estate shows in everything he does. He takes the time sharing his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry with all his clients to ensure they are able to make informed choices. He works by the philosophy that he would never advise a client to sell or purchase a property unless he would do the same.
