It feels like real estate is part of my DNA. My grandparents built homes in Etobicoke in the ’50s and ’60s. My Grandmother was often referred to as the “lady builder”. Back then there weren’t many women buying lots and building homes. She was a strong woman. I’ve always wanted to have my own business, but I felt a lot of pressure from my family to have a more stable career. I chose marketing. For over 15 years I worked in advertising and marketing/communications. I've won awards, built teams, and played key roles in growing business revenue. I am a hard worker. I would often work long hours, always striving for the next step in my career. By definition, I was successful. In the back of my mind, I’d always thought I would go and get my real estate license and work for myself. It was finally time. I haven't looked back. Now that I have a young family of my own, it's more important than ever to me to do what I love and to help others find their dream home. I love being a part of such a pivotal decision and helping families with their next step in life.
