I am Selda Sahin, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Group and a graduate of the University of Ottawa. Having built my life in Ottawa, I have a genuine connection to the city and a strong appreciation for the diversity of its neighbourhoods, communities and the different lifestyles they offer. I work with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants, helping my clients navigate each stage of their real estate journey with clarity, care and a strategy tailored to their individual goals. As a homeowner myself, I also understand the real estate process from the client’s perspective. A home is often one of the largest financial decisions a person will make, but it is also a very personal one. That experience has shaped the way I work with my clients. I believe in taking the time to understand not only what they are looking for in a property, but also the lifestyle, priorities and financial goals behind the move. My approach to real estate is rooted in communication, preparation and attention to detail. I believe that every client and every property requires a thoughtful, personalized approach—whether I am helping someone prepare their home for market, searching for the right property, navigating an offer or assisting with an investment or rental. I have a strong appreciation for presentation and marketing and enjoy bringing together the details that help a property stand out. From pricing and positioning to photography, marketing and negotiations, I take a hands-on approach and aim to ensure my clients feel informed and supported throughout the entire process. What I value most is building genuine relationships with the people I work with. My goal is to make the experience feel as straightforward and seamless as possible while always keeping my clients’ priorities at the forefront. I am fluent in both English and Turkish and am happy to provide real estate services in either language.
