In order to provide superior service to his clients, Steven has divided the real estate process into 5 areas of expertise, including a sales department, a marketing department, an administrative department, a service department and a lead generating department. Steven has hired and trained qualified professionals to fill those positions. Thanks to this innovative approach to real estate, in 2006, Steven was inducted in the RE/MAX Hall of Fame.
