Thishan Fernando is a Sales Representative with The Peggy Hill Team. He is reliable, passionate and determined to finding his clients their #hometostay. As a Realtor® who grew up in the Simcoe County area, Thishan is looking forward to working with families who have a community at the top of their wishlist. Working with first time home buyers is also something that Thishan hopes to do. Thishan studied Business at Georgian College where he graduated with honours for high academic achievement. Having previously worked in customer service, Thishan is confident that his experience will help him relate to his clients and understand their needs. Prior to becoming licensed, Thishan also worked on The Peggy Hill Marketing Team, which taught him how to effectively market homes. When Thishan isn’t working you can find him on the basketball court, where at least once a week, he plays with his friends. The court is where his true competitive side comes out. He values the relationships with his family and friends most in life and strives to continuously learn how he can better serve his clients. He truly believes that no matter the circumstances, you should always keep working towards your goals. What drew Thishan to The Peggy Hill Team was the broad range of Realtors® who are all skilled in their own way. He looks forward to the relationships he’s going to build within the office as well as with all the new clients he’s going to meet.
