Todd Dawdy

A lifelong resident of Fort Erie, I am proud to have call Fort Erie my home with my wife and two sons. Growing up in Ridgeway for most of my life, I have witnessed many changes with our wonderful town and always remember my Dad saying “this is the best kept secret in Ontario and most of the province doesn’t even know who or where we are”. I grew up as a hard worker with 5 lawn-cutting contracts by the time I was 8 years old, a paper route well into my teens, followed by a groundskeeper job at Thunder Bay Golf Course, (now the site of The Oaks at 6 Mile Creek by Blythwood Homes which Team Zing helped sell out) and later a landscaping gig to help put myself through University. My past several jobs included various sales roles and management roles which led me to run my own company for nearly 15 years…so I know what it takes to be successful and service customers. Many of the clients I have dealt with over the years followed me to my next endeavors and lifelong friendships have been formed along the way as well. I spent all my life involved in sports with a stint in the American Hockey League as an on-ice official and the past several years coaching youth hockey and baseball.
