Seaton Village has a character that appeals to a fairly diverse group of people. There are many things to do in this area to visit. The streets are almost always busy with people, there is a great variety of entertainment venues, and with the bars in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located very close by. Seaton Village is fairly good for those who need quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour, although there are still several noisier areas, especially close to the railway line. Greenery is quite prominent in this part of Toronto as the tree canopy coverage for most streets is reasonably good.
