There are a very large number of people around most of the time, there are numerous nearby entertainment venues, and finding one of the about 10 bars is very easy as they are generally situated in especially convenient locations. This part of Toronto also features not that much greenery; to be more specific, residents will find that the tree canopy coverage for most streets is sub-par. However, parks are especially well-distributed and there are a few of them nearby for residents to enjoy, which makes it very easy to access them.
