No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Englemount-Lawrence is a reasonably good option. Even though the atmosphere is not the most lively in this area, the vibe is still quite dynamic around its main streets, and with the nightlife venues in nearby neighbourhoods, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink since they are generally located relatively close by. Englemount-Lawrence is reasonably quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic, although there are still several louder sections, especially near Highway 401 or Allen Expressway. There are over 50 green spaces nearby for residents to check out, including Baycrest Park, and they are especially well-distributed, which makes it very easy to access them from numerous locations within this part of Toronto.
