Don Valley Village is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience. There is a good amount of greenery in this part of the city as there are many tree-lined streets. There are over 50 green spaces close by for residents to enjoy, like Parkway Forest Park and Linus Park, and they are very well-distributed, which makes them very easy to access from most locations in this neighbourhood. This part of Toronto is also reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour - although that is not the case near Highway 404 Collector or Highway 404.
