Despite the somewhat busy feel, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Flemingdon Park. To be more precise, there are about 30 public green spaces close by for residents to check out, such as Flemingdon Park and E. T. Seton Park, and they are very well-situated, making them very easy to reach. Residents will also find that the tree canopy coverage for a large number of streets is fairly good. Lastly, numerous parts of this neighbourhood are very calm and quiet, but some other sections can be noisy, especially closer to Don Valley Parkway or one of the railway lines.
