Scarborough Village is a fairly good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a relaxed environment. The greenery in this area is reasonably prominent as a large number of streets have good tree coverage. There are around 30 green spaces nearby for residents to relax in, such as South Marine Park, and they are very well-situated, making them very easy to reach. This area is also quiet, as the streets are generally reasonably tranquil - although that is not the case around the railway line.
