Highland Creek is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. This area features a fair amount of greenery as the tree canopy coverage for the majority of streets is fairly good. Public green spaces, including Ellesmere Greenspace and The Valley at UTSC, are very well-located and there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to enjoy, making them very easy to access. Most areas in this neighbourhood are very quiet, as the streets are usually very peaceful - although that is not the case near Highway 401.
