No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Don Mills is a good option. Although the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this part of Toronto finding one of the a few bars is very easy since they are generally located very close by. Don Mills is quiet overall, as the streets tend to be reasonably peaceful, although that is not the case closer to the railway line, Don Valley Parkway or Highway 401. This neighbourhood also features a lot of greenery; there are over 50 public green spaces close by for residents to visit, including Bond Park and Graydon Hall Park, and they are very well-situated, which makes it very easy to access them. In addition, residents will find that the tree canopy coverage for a large number of streets is very good.
