I'm the Broker/Owner of REMAX Revolution Realty in Esterhazy, and most of my work is commercial real estate in Yorkton and east-central Saskatchewan: leasing retail and office space, selling commercial buildings and land, and helping owners sell their businesses. On the leasing side I work with landlords and tenants on retail, office and industrial space in Yorkton, including shopping centre units on Broadway Street. On the sales side I handle commercial buildings, revenue properties, farm and ranch land, and operating businesses like hotels, taverns and lumberyards. I've been a licensed Saskatchewan REALTOR® since 2018, and what I bring is straight numbers. Before a property goes on the market I work it through the way a buyer and their bank will: what it earns, what it costs to run, and what that supports for a price.
