Born & raised in Regina, SK, I grew up in a small bay in Walsh Acres while attending St. Bernadette elementary school. In 2000, my family moved to Westhill where I attended Riffel High School. In my adult years, I obtained my Red Seal Plumbing Ticket & Commercial Gas Licence and bought my first home in the north end of Regina in Churchill Downs. I lived in the basement & rented the upstairs as my first investment property which cash flowed very well. In 2016, I downsized into a condo and lived in that for a few years before I met my wife and now business partner, Kelsey Smith, who is also a licensed REALTOR®. We have since moved back to Walsh Acres and are using the condo as a rental property. I successfully ran a plumbing & heating company which provided me with an immense amount of skill that I decided to take into the real estate industry. I have an extensive knowledge of the building process & over 10 years of construction experience that I intend to use for YOUR benefit as a home buyer, seller or investor. With my in depth mix of knowledge from the home building industry combined with my own personal knowledge of buying & selling property, I believe I can be an asset to your home buying or selling experience.
